ONEHOPE Brut Park Shimmer Edition

Our California Sparkling Wine is light in color and displays aromas of fresh green apple and nectarine with a hint of fresh baked bread. Crisp, intriguing fresh fruit reminiscent of succulent peach, sweet berries and pear linger on the palate, finishing with creamy and refreshing bubbles. This Brut Sparkling Wine can be paired with appetizers, seafood, sushi as well as a wide range of desserts and cheeses.

Moet Ice Imperial
A dense colour deep gold with amber highlights, intense fruity bouquet, powerful aroma of tropical fruits (mango, guava), sumptuousness of stonefruits (nectarine)
an original note of raspberry, a generous palate combining roundness and freshness, broad fieshy, voluptuous flavour of a fresh fruit salad, captivating sweetness of caramel and quince jelly, refreshing acidity of grapefruit and ginger notes.

Champagne Collon Brut NV
The Champagne Collon Brut NV is an attractive wine laced with ripe red pear, hazelnut, spice and dried flower notes. The nose is very engaging with classic Champagne notes of freshly baked brioche and orchard fruits. This mid-weight, creamy, very accessible, beautifully balanced Champagne is best suited for drinking over the next two to three years. A perfect crowd pleaser, this offers the richer fruit found in the wines from the southern tier of Champagne, where Pinot Noir is very widely planted and makes up the better part of the blend. This is by far one of the best values in Grower Champagne that we have been able to find this year, so grab it early and often, as it won’t last long!

Lioco Chardonnay Sonoma

Aromas of lemon curd, chamomile, yellow apple. Flavors of fenugreek, fennel bulb, talc, and yuzo. Pairs best with curried mussels, Spanish tortilla, and cauliflower gratin.

Halter Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon
Blended with traditional Bordeaux varieties our Cabernet Sauvignon is dark ruby in color and deeply concentrated with aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, interwoven with earth, sage, and spice. Big, ripe and juicy on the palate, its mouth-filling blackcurrant and dark plum flavors are balanced by round, supple tannins that guide the wine through a long, rich and smooth finish. Drink now or in the next two years, with grilled steak and lamb, prime rib, venison stew and other hearty meat dishes.

Au Bon Climat Pinot Gris
A refreshing, dry white with citrus lemon/lime notes, flinty minerality, and crisp finish. In the mouth the wine is rich and textural, from the time spent on lees in the barrel. This is a great match with shellfish of any kind, or richer white meats such as turkey or duck.

AIX Rosé
A fragrant and well balanced wine, AIX's hypnotising salmon pink colour reveals a fruity freshness and premium rosé. The nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful and offers classy notes of watermelon, strawberries and flowers.

Stoller Pinot Noir
Notes of bright red fruit, baking spice, cola and earth are met with silky tannins, layers of complexity and a lengthy finish.

Leitz Dragonstone Reisling
Johannes Leitz crafts this classic Rheingau Riesling from fruit grown in the Drachenstein vineyard in Rudesheim. Drachenstein, which translates as Dragonstone, takes its name from the fossil impressions of dinosaur tracks found in the slate that makes up the vineyard soil. That slate contributes to the crisp mineral quality of the wines produced from the fruit there, and Leitz utilizes that character to produce this delicious, off dry rendition of Germany's great grape reisling.

ONEHOPE Rutherford Estate Sauvignon Blanc
This Sauvignon Blanc represents one of the very first wines from the ONEHOPE Vineyard located in the heart of Napa Valley. The summer was consistently warm, but never scorching hot which allowed us to pick at optimum ripeness, creating intense aromatics on the nose and great fruit character on the palate.
