Dîner en Blanc Returns to Charleston on Oct. 11

Dîner en Blanc is returning to Charleston on Saturday, Oct. 11 at a brand-new secret location. This outdoor soirée aims to blend the best of fashion, fine dining, and company. Attendees, who are clad in all-white attire, can enjoy an evening of French-inspired cuisine, conversation, and champagne.

Those eager to join this evening can sign up for the exclusive Fan List/Phase 3 at charleston.dinerenblanc.com. Visit the website and click on ‘Attend Le Diner en Blanc’ and create an account. This will ensure you receive an invitation to purchase tickets when Phase 3 opens. Once registered, be sure to check your email for your invitation and ticket purchase details.

This year’s Dîner en Blanc introduces an international theme. Under the name "Blooming Elegance," the event aims to embody "floral élégance and joie de vivre."

Spencer Pryor, host of Dîner en Blanc in Charleston, said they were thrilled to announce the return of this event to the city.

"As Charleston hosts the 2025 Dîner en Blanc, we invite guests to step into a night where Blooming Elegance meets the thrill of the unexpected, a celebration of beauty, surprise, and the city’s timeless charm," Pryor said.

To maintain the event's aesthetic, all attendees are required to wear a chic, all-white ensemble. Creativity and sophistication in your outfit are highly encouraged. The signature white theme extends to the table settings, which should also be entirely white.

The event location remains secret until the very last moment. Guests will meet at designated departure points and be escorted to the venue by event volunteers. Guests should bring essential items, including a table, two white chairs, a white tablecloth, and two white serviettes. A gourmet picnic basket with proper stemware and white dinnerware is also a must, though a catered basket option can be reserved online.

As a French-inspired event, only wine and champagne are served, but due to local alcohol laws, alcohol cannot be brought from home; instead, guests can pre-order their preferred selections through the official e-store. However, attendees are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages.
