"How To" Diner En Blanc!

We are so excited for our 2018 Edition of Le Diner en Blanc - Charleston! 

Since we have received several questions surrounding registration, we wanted to offer a few helpful tips to our guests. 

To understand the phases, 

Phase 1: Dîner en Blanc ® members from previous years, and close friends of the organization

Phase 2: Friends recommended during the Phase 1 registration process

Phase 3: Guests who have signed up to the waiting list.
By signing up to the waiting list, you will receive an invitation to register in Phase 3.

Once being invited to register, enter the code sent in your exclusive invitation. 

*Registration will CLOSE officially on September 6th, but those still wanting to attend Le Diner en Blanc
may register for the waiting list and will be sent a formal invitation within 24 hours of requesting an invitation.*

Know that tickets are in pairs and single tickets are not possible. When registering, please fill out information for both
you and your guest, including gender, name, and contact information. 

You will choose your Group and Table Leader, each of which is associated with a Departure Point within walking
distance of the exclusive, secret venue. The venue is kept private until the final moment!

Guests have the option to purchase items from our e-Store, including catering packages, rental packages,
and bottles of wine or champagne (beer and liquor are not permitted).
The e-Store will remain open until September 6 at 5pm. Due to regulations at our venue, BYOB is strictly prohibited.
Wine and champagne will be available for purchase (guests may bring their own water), and can be picked up on site.
Rental packages will be available to be picked up between 9 AM - 4 PM the Tuesday & Wednesday before the event,
directly at the Snyder Warehouse, located at 3875 Meeting Street, North Charleston, 29405.

Rentals will be picked up on-site after the event. Guests who do not rent tables/chairs/linens will be required to bring their own.
All guests must provide their own china, flatware, glassware, and napkins.
Your table leader will provide detailed instructions on the items you are required to bring. 

After registration and all e-store items have been selected, you will be prompted for payment.
The payment will consist of two tickets, any e-Store Items, and a $9 per person Membership Fee to Diner en Blanc International.
The membership fee ensures direct access to Phase 1 tickets for the 2019 edition. Payments can be processed via credit card or PayPal.

On the day of the event, do not be late to your departure point.
Late guests will be considered absent, and their membership will be revoked for 2019. 

Lastly, ENJOY! Diner en Blanc is a magical event full of exciting anticipation, style and class, and most importantly, community.
